Due to the advance planning and purchases required for our Gilmore Girls retreat, all deposits are nonrefundable. We purchase welcome bag items, event tickets, and other retreat experiences in advance to make your stay special, and these expenses are often committed well before the retreat begins.
By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to share this special, Gilmore Girls–inspired experience with you!
